She holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings 15 years of corporate experience before pursuing her true calling—supporting young children and families. Originally from India, Isha moved to the U.S. in 2010 with her husband, Nitin, and they are proud parents of two boys Arjun and Kabir. Her vision is to create a nurturing, safe, and developmentally rich environment where children thrive and feel valued. Equally committed to her team, Isha fosters a workplace where educators feel respected and supported, knowing that strong programs begin with strong people. Nitin is the franchise owner of The Goddard School of Roseville. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and moved to the U.S. in 2008 to pursue career opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Nitin always aspired to entrepreneurship that makes a meaningful impact. Owning a Goddard School has been the perfect opportunity to combine his passion for education and community. He is committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Amberlin Shively has been working in the field of early childhood education since 2012 and brings more than a decade of hands-on experience, leadership, and passion to her role as School Director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. Amberlin’s professional specialties include curriculum development, staff mentorship, and continuous quality improvement. She believes that strong programs are built through empowered teachers, intentional planning, and a culture of lifelong learning. One of her greatest joys is supporting educators—helping them grow in their practice, develop confidence, and provide the highest-quality learning experiences for young children.
